How to make Jade Dumplings (Chives and Pork)

1. Prepare the meat filling

3. After the dough has risen, knead the white dough into long strips, and use a rolling pin to roll the green dough into a rectangle of the same length as the white dough.

4. Place the white long noodles on the green dough.

5. Roll it up and apply a little water on the edge of the green dough to make it stick together.

6. Use a knife to cut the dough into pieces of the same size. (Do not pinch the dough with your hands)

10. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough, with the side with more green and less white facing up.
