How to make steamed buns with vegetable juice

The busy life makes many people be careless in diet, and they deal with their three meals a day casually. Little do they know that this can easily lead to a sub-healthy state of the body. In fact, the method of making steamed buns with vegetable juice is simple and delicious. It is a recommended home-cooked dish that you may as well eat often.

1. Wash the vegetables

2. Chop it slightly (you can also tear it by hand) and put it into a food processor, add half a bowl of water, and beat it for one minute.

3. Crush everything and pour into the basin

4. Dissolve the yeast powder in warm water and pour it into the vegetable juice

5. Add 50g sugar and 500g flour, knead the dough together, cover it with something, and ferment it at room temperature for about two hours.

6. This is the fermented noodles

7. Shape the dough into whatever shape you like (I made this simple one) and put it into the steamer.

8. Steam in a pressure cooker for about 25 minutes (my cooker stops automatically). Press the steamed buns with your hand. If they rise up when you press them, they are cooked. Just take them out and place them on a plate.

I believe that food with good color, aroma and taste is everyone’s favorite. The steamed buns with green vegetable juice will definitely make you scream with excitement.
