How to make double bean bean paste

The method of making double-bean fermented bean paste is relatively simple and not troublesome to make, so don’t worry.

1. Prepare potatoes, 230 grams, cut into small pieces for later use.

2. Deep-fry the tofu and freeze it in the refrigerator. Dice the red pepper, slice the garlic, shred the ginger, and chop the green onion. Set aside.

3. Heat the pan.

4. Pour more oil.

5. Add onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

6. Then add the potato cubes and stir-fry.

7. Stir-fry the potato cubes for a while, then add the tofu puffs and continue stir-frying. The tofu puffs have not thawed yet.

8. Add bean paste, oil, a little salt and continue frying.

9. Pour clean water, the amount of water should cover half of the potatoes, then add pepper and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat after two minutes, about simmering for about ten minutes.

10. After more than ten minutes, turn on high heat to reduce the juice. Then add red pepper cubes and continue to reduce the juice.

11. When the sauce is almost reduced, you can turn off the heat. If you like MSG or chicken essence, you can sprinkle some to enhance the flavor. I don’t sprinkle these.

12. You can serve it out of the pot.

13. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on it, it might look better, but I forgot about it in my busy schedule.
