How to make pickled cabbage and edamame stir-fried minced meat

If you want to be healthy, you must not only have good living habits, but also pay attention to your eating habits. Only a healthy diet can fundamentally guarantee human health. Cooking at home is undoubtedly cleaner and healthier than eating out. The method of stir-frying sauerkraut, edamame and minced meat is simple. Even if time is limited, you can make it at home.

1. Soak the sauerkraut you bought in water, wash it several times, and wring it dry.

2. Peel the edamame, shell the beans, rub them in clean water, and steam them for about 20 minutes. I do this when I cook rice, which saves trouble.

3. (I personally don’t like to stir-fry it because there is too much oil, the beans are not easy to cook, and the stir-fried beans are not as nutritious)

4. Chop the sauerkraut and ginger into small pieces, cut the red pepper into circles, chop the lean meat into minced meat, marinate with salt and cornstarch for 10 minutes, and set aside.

5. Turn on the fire and heat the pan. Be careful not to add oil first. Put the chopped sauerkraut in and dry-fry it to remove excess water. When the surface of the sauerkraut looks dry, put it on a plate and set aside.

6. Add vegetable oil to the pot, bring the oil to a boil over high heat, add red pepper and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add the minced meat and stir-fry.

8. Then add the pickled cabbage and stir fry together

9. Finally, add the steamed edamame, add a little salt, stir-fry for about 1 minute, and turn off the heat.

10. A dish of pickled cabbage, edamame and minced meat is ready.

Eating well is a prerequisite for maintaining health. Although the recipe of stir-fried sauerkraut, edamame and minced meat is simple, it is delicious and healthy, and is a common delicacy on the table.
