How to make crab stick pork floss sushi

1. Wash the pearl rice and cook it in the rice cooker.

2. Put the pearl rice in a large bowl, add sushi vinegar while it is still hot, mix well and let cool for later use (different brands of sushi vinegar have different amounts to add, please refer to the instructions on the sushi vinegar bottle for your own use)

3. Steam the crab sticks

4. Cut the cucumber into 4 strips and prepare the necessary ingredients and sushi mat.

5. Place a piece of plastic wrap on the sushi mat, then a piece of nori, put the rice on it and flatten it, leaving about 1 cm of the end of the nori without putting the rice.

6. Add cucumber, crab sticks and seaweed floss

7. Lift the sushi mat forward and roll it up tightly, then remove the plastic wrap.

8. After finishing, prepare to cut into pieces. I made 4 thicker sushi rolls.

9. Cut into pieces and put on plates

10. Enjoy with soy sauce and mustard.
