Taiwanese pepper shrimp recipe

The preparation of Taiwanese pepper shrimp is relatively simple. We just need to prepare the white shrimp and then clean it, then we can stir-fry the seasoning together with the fresh shrimp. Ingredients: 200g white shrimp, 3 spoons of crushed black pepper, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 stalk of green onion

2 tablespoons salad oil, 1 red pepper, 2 tablespoons rice wine

practice:

1. First use scissors to trim the pointed part and antennae of the weed shrimp.

2. Bend the body of the grass shrimp and insert a toothpick between the second and third sections of the shrimp shell and then pick out the shrimp intestines.

3. Wash the processed grass shrimp and put them into water for later use.

4. Slice the red pepper.

5. Wash the green onions, cut the green part into small pieces, and cut the white part at the root into pieces for later use.

6. Add crushed black pepper into a dry pan and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Pour in salad oil and add the ingredients from step 4 and the white part from step 5 and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Take out the white shrimps soaked in water, drain the water, add them into the pot and stir-fry slightly.

9. Pour in rice wine to remove the fishy smell and stir-fry briefly. Add the chopped green onions from step 5 and stir-fry the shrimps until cooked.

Note: Placing fresh shrimp in ice water can slow down the oxidation and blackening caused by contact with air.
