How to make mushroom and pork pan-fried dumplings

1. Prepare the filling ingredients.

2. Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes.

3. Chop the pork until it becomes gelatinous.

4. Mix the diced carrots and minced pork and chop until well mixed.

5. Put the mixed radish and pork into a bowl and marinate with salt, sugar and pepper.

6. Wash and chop the mushrooms.

7. Add appropriate amount of salt to the diced mushrooms in the pot and stir-fry until the water is dry.

8. Mix diced mushrooms, carrots and pork into minced meat, and add appropriate amount of light soy sauce for seasoning.

9. Add a little sesame oil and mix well to make meat filling.

14. Let the wrapped buns rise for 20 minutes.

16. Pour in enough water to cover the buns by one-third, cover with a lid and let the water dry (I added some sesame seeds to make it look better).

17. Steam the remaining buns directly in a pot with warm water. Put them in a pot and continue steaming for 5 minutes after steam comes out. Turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes before opening the lid.
