How to make tofu and meat dumplings

People who are busy with work often order takeout and rarely eat at home. In fact, home-made meals are truly healthy and green food. Tofu and meat dumplings are a dish that is very suitable for busy people. It is a good idea to forget about takeout during the holidays and cook at home.

1. Mix the dough, let it sit for a while, and then prepare the filling.

2. Cut the meat when it is fresh and tasty, the meat will be more flavorful

3. Chop the meat, mushrooms, green onions, and tofu (boil the whole tofu in water before chopping to absorb the flavor), then add the eggs and mix into the filling. Add enough salt, soy sauce and sesame oil.

4. After the filling is ready, you can start rolling the dough.

5. I pinch the dough and cut it with a knife, because I really don’t know how to cook pasta and my technique is very clumsy. Cut it a little more evenly.

6. Wrapping the skin is a technical job. It should be thick in the middle and thin around the edges. I was lazy and just rolled it with the rolling pin, haha

7. The dumplings are ugly, and there is room for improvement.

8. But it still tastes great after cooking
