Refreshing black fungus recipe

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. 1. Soak the black fungus in advance, wash it, tear it into small pieces, and wash the coriander, millet pepper and garlic.

2. Cut coriander into inch-long pieces, cut chili pepper into knots, and cut garlic into granules.

3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, pour in black fungus and blanch it (about one minute), then remove and drain.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add chili peppers and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

5. Put the drained black fungus in a larger container and pour all the hot oil after sautéing on the black fungus.

6. Add coriander, sugar, pepper, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, a little salt and MSG.
