How to make the powder roll

As winter approaches, it’s time for stewing. The method of making rice rolls is simple and easy. After preparing the ingredients and condiments, you can stir-fry, add water, and simmer. 1. Ingredients: vermicelli, pork belly, Chinese sausage, yam, carrot, ginger

2. Peel and dice the yam and carrots

3. Wash, dice the pork belly and Chinese sausage, peel and chop the ginger

4. Heat the pan, add oil, ginger, and pork belly, stir-fry until the meat changes color, add a little soy sauce and stir-fry for a few times

5. Add the Chinese sausage and stir-fry until the sausage releases oil.

6. Add yam and carrot and stir-fry for a while

7. Add salt, stir fry for a few times and serve.

8. Place the filling on a plate and set aside

9. Clean the table, make sure there is no moisture on it, spread the rice paper on the table, use a knife to scrape the rice paper into squares or rectangles, and put the filling on the scraped rice paper.
