4. Knead well and flatten with your palm.

6. Knead several doughs in this way and set them aside to let them rise for a while. Do not over-proof the dough for pancakes. Just let it rise for 17 or 18 minutes.

7. The next step is to prepare sesame seeds.

9. Prepare the egg liquid.

10. The cakes have risen. Prepare a frying pan, heat it up and pour a small amount of oil. Put the risen cakes in the pan.

11. Brush with egg liquid.

12. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, try to spread them evenly.

13. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions, cover the pot, and fry slowly over low heat. Turn off the heat after about three minutes of baking, and then turn on low heat and bake slowly for a few minutes. Keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't burn.

14. Look, it is puffed up. Turn the pancake over and fry it slowly over low heat for one minute. If you bake it for too long, the chopped green onion may get burnt.
