How to make whole wheat sesame buns

Cooking is a very happy thing. You can enjoy the delicious food you make yourself. Whole wheat sesame buns are a simple home-cooked dish that does not require high cooking skills. When making this dish, you only need to prepare simple seasonings. When it comes out of the pot, you will smell a strong aroma of the vegetable, which will make you salivate.

1. Put all the ingredients except sesame seeds into the bread bucket of the bread machine, add the yeast

2. Start the dough kneading program and stir until the dough is in an expanded state

3. Cover the bread machine and let it ferment until it is 2.5 times larger.

4. Take out the air and divide it into four equal parts. Cover with plastic wrap and relax the dough for 20 minutes.

5. Press and pat the dough, slowly stretch it into a rectangle (or gently roll it out), and then roll it up into a 22cm cylinder.

6. Spray water mist on the cylindrical dough, sprinkle sesame seeds on the mat, and roll the dough so that each dough can be evenly covered with sesame seeds.

7. Place the dough rolled with sesame seeds on a baking tray.

8. Place in a sealed environment at 38 degrees and 85% humidity for a second fermentation until it is twice as large.

9. Use scissors to cut 7 to 9 slits on the bread dough.

10. Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 165 degrees for 15 minutes (the time and temperature are for reference only, please refer to the actual situation of your own oven)
