Simple recipe of curry beef rice

Method 1:

1. Cut the beef into small pieces and blanch them; wash and slice the mushrooms and cucumbers, wash and peel the potatoes and carrots, peel the onions and cut them into cubes.

2. Blanch potatoes and carrots in boiling water, remove and drain. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add cucumber and mushrooms and fry briefly, then remove from oil and drain.

3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add ingredient A and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. Add beef and onion and stir well. Add other ingredients and ingredient B and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Finally, add ingredient C to thicken, pour ingredient D on top, and serve over rice.

Method 2:

Ingredients: beef, curry cubes, onions, potatoes, eggs, carrots

Accessories: sesame, pepper, water

1. Prepare various ingredients ~ cut the beef into small pieces, beat the eggs ~ cut the potatoes, carrots and onions into small pieces

2. Coat the beef with egg liquid. Actually, it should be coated with egg white, but I’m lazy, you know. Cook carrots and potatoes in boiling water for about 2 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until fragrant, then add pepper. Add beef and stir fry for a few times~

4. Add the cooked potatoes and carrot cubes and stir-fry until well-seasoned.

5. Add curry cubes and three spoons of water. One spoon of water should be based on the amount of soup spoon used.

6. Cover and simmer for a while.

7. Add a bowl of rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the rice. Set the cooked corn aside on a plate. Ok~

Method 3:

1. Wash the beef brisket, blanch it, then add scallion, ginger, cooking wine and bay leaves and stew for 1.5-2 hours. Finally, add a little salt to season. 2. Wash the carrots, potatoes and onions, cut them into pieces. After cutting the potatoes into pieces, rinse them with clean water and then control the moisture. Prepare some peas and corn kernels, put the carrots and peas in a small soup pot and cook them briefly, put the potato cubes in a pan and fry them until cooked, then remove and set aside. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a wok, sauté onions and curry powder until fragrant, then add beef, beef broth, and salt and cook briefly. Then add carrots, peas, corn kernels, potato cubes, and finally the curry cubes. Cook for another 5 minutes and pour over the rice when eating. You can save some of the fried potatoes and sprinkle them on the curry when eating.
