Rabbit meat recipes, there is always one you like

Rabbit meat is an indispensable dish on our table. Whether it is spicy, braised or boiled, it has a unique flavor and is very popular with everyone. How can we eat restaurant-quality rabbit meat in our daily life? Let's learn three methods to make delicious rabbit meat.

1. Roasted Rabbit with Scallions:

Main ingredient: 1000 grams of rabbit meat.

Seasoning: 200 grams of green onions, 10 grams of ginger, 20 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of salt, 10 grams of white sugar, 15 grams of cooking wine, 25 grams of vegetable oil, and 3 grams of MSG.

practice:

1. Kill the rabbit, remove all the internal organs, peel off the skin, remove the head and feet, wash and cut into pieces, soak in clean water for a while to remove the blood, drain the water, put it in a basin, and marinate with onion, ginger juice, rice wine, salt, and nitrate water for 1 hour.

2. Pour clean water into the pot and blanch the rabbit meat. Bring to a boil, skim off the blood foam, remove and wash.

3. Wash the wok and heat it up, add a little oil, put the shallots in the wok and stir-fry until fragrant, add ginger slices, rice wine, soy sauce, sugar, rabbit meat and appropriate amount of water, heat until boiling, remove the foam, simmer over medium-low heat until the rabbit meat is cooked through and soft, and the shallots are fragrant, then add MSG, thicken the marinade, remove from the wok, serve on a plate, and eat after cooling.

2. Spicy Rabbit:

Ingredients: 500 grams of rabbit, 100 grams of green pepper, 30 grams of dried chili, 10 grams of peppercorns, fermented black beans, cooking wine, ginger and garlic granules, dark soy sauce, and MSG.

1. Wash the rabbit and cut it into small pieces. Marinate with salt and cooking wine. Cut the green pepper into diagonal strips and cut the red pepper into rolls.

2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the rabbit meat. When there is no moisture and oil comes out, add ginger, garlic, peppercorns, fermented black beans, and dark soy sauce. Stir-fry until fragrant. Add green and red peppers and stir-fry until cooked. Add chicken essence when removing from the pan.

3. Stewed Rabbit

Ingredients: 500 grams of rabbit meat,

Seasoning: 150g soy sauce, 10g green onion, 5g ginger, 8g white garlic, 3g star anise, 10g vegetable oil, 20g sweet noodle sauce, 10g cooking wine

practice:

1. Wash the rabbit meat and cut it into 1.2-inch square pieces, blanch them in boiling water and set aside;

2. Heat some oil in a wok, add some aniseed cloves, add some scallions, ginger slices, garlic cloves, and sweet bean paste, fry until the paste is cooked, and add some cooking wine and soy sauce;

3. Put the rabbit meat into the pot, make soup, bring to a boil over high heat, boil it for a few times, simmer it over high heat, remove from the pot, and serve in a bowl with the soup.
