1. Lotus root starch and osmanthus cake

Pour into a container covered with plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm place until it is 2.5 times larger. Put the pot in cold water, boil the water and then steam for about 30 minutes.

2. Lotus Coconut Milk Osmanthus Cake

For coconut milk jelly, put fine sugar and jelly powder into a plastic bag and mix well.

Put water + condensed milk + coconut milk into the pot, pour in jelly powder, mix well and bring to boil. After turning off the heat, stir in the animal cream. Pour the mixed coconut milk into a container and put it in the refrigerator after it cools down. After the jelly solidifies, you can put the honey lotus seeds on it and set aside. (The coconut milk jelly must be completely solidified, otherwise it will melt when you pour the osmanthus jelly in and the two will mix!!) After it cools down, put it in the freezer until the jelly solidifies. You can sprinkle some coconut powder on the butterfly and then put lotus fragrance coconut milk osmanthus cake on it to enhance the taste and prevent slipping.

3. Soft-fried Osmanthus Cake

Put glutinous rice flour and rice flour into a bowl, add sugar, osmanthus sauce and appropriate amount of water and mix well. Add lard and mix thoroughly. Brush a square plate with peanut oil, divide the mixed batter into balls and spread them flat. Steam in a steamer over high heat for about 30 minutes until cooked. After it cools down, cut into rectangles, sprinkle evenly with dry corn flour, sift out the dry flour with a sieve, add peanut oil, fry thoroughly in a pan over medium heat, sprinkle with white sugar and serve.
