How to make fried rice cake with tomato sauce:

Ingredients: 1~2 tomatoes, a little rice cake and tomato sauce. Method:

1. Boil a pot of water and blanch the rice cake until it is soft (you can also fry it)

2. Cut tomatoes into small pieces.

3. Heat the pan and add oil, fry the tomatoes

4. Add tomato sauce and continue frying

5. Add rice cake and stir well

6. Add a little salt and soy sauce to taste. Ketchup itself is salty, so don’t add too much other seasonings.
