Milk shakes first appeared in the United States, and there are mainly two types: "mechanical milk shakes" and "hand-cranked milk shakes". Traditional milkshakes are hand-cranked and are usually sold in fast food restaurants and cold food shops. The milkshake machines in the store make and sell them on the spot, and customers buy and drink them immediately.

Production steps

Ingredients: 300ml milk, 2 egg yolks, 900g strawberries, 90g white sugar, 300ml cream, some mint, some vanilla essence, some lemon juice.

1. Pour 30ml of milk into two egg yolks, stir together, add 15g of white sugar and appropriate amount of vanilla flavor

2. Heat the remaining 270ml milk until boiling

3. Pour the heated milk in the second step into the mixture made in the first step.

4. Stir gently and heat until it becomes very thick. After mixing, cover with a piece of greaseproof paper and set aside to cool.

5. Put the strawberries into a blender, add appropriate amount of lemon juice and the remaining 75g of white sugar, and blend until it becomes thick strawberry juice.

6. Stir the cream, then add the strawberry juice from step 5 and the mixture from step 4 and stir together.

7. After stirring, pour into a transparent cup and garnish with a sprig of mint and a small strawberry.
