Stir-fried cold noodles

   Step 1

   Tear the cold noodles into small strips

   Step 2

   Beat the eggs and add a few drops of soy sauce. Mince the scallions, slice the chili peppers, and slice the hot dogs. Shred the cabbage.

   Step 3

   Stir-fry eggs in a hot pan

   Step 4

   Add scallions, chili peppers, and hot dogs and stir-fry.

   Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry.

   Step 6

   Add the cold noodles and stir-fry. While stir-frying, add a little water as needed to make the noodles softer. Once done, add a little salt and chicken bouillon.

   Plate it up, with salad dressing or ketchup, which do you prefer?
