Tomato Duck

Method

   Step 1

   Cut the tomatoes into large chunks. Slice the cooked duck meat.

   Step 2

   Heat oil in a wok until smoking, add tomatoes, and turn the heat to medium. Add half a bowl of water, and once the broth turns red, add the duck meat. Stir-fry, add salt and sugar.

   Step 3

   Stir-fry until the sugar melts, then remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and you're done.
