Fried Mushrooms with Meat

1.1 Fill the center of the mushroom with meat filling and press firmly.

2.2 Remove the stems of the round mushrooms, do not wash them, and tear off the mushroom skin along the edges. This will remove dirt from the mushroom skin, make it easier for the mushrooms to be covered with flour without falling off, and prevent the mushrooms from constantly leaking water after being washed.

3. After filling all the mushrooms, roll them in flour and coat them completely.

4. Beat the eggs and roll them in egg liquid again, making sure they are all coated.

5.Finally, roll in breadcrumbs. The order of flour, eggs and breadcrumbs cannot be wrong.

6. Heat the cooking oil. When small bubbles appear around the chopsticks when they are put into the oil, you can put in the processed mushrooms and start frying. Fry until golden brown all over, then drain the oil and serve.
