4.2 Soak wintergrass in hot water for 10 minutes;

5. Add the blanched lean meat and ginger slices into the stew pot; add northern apricot, Sichuan Fritillary Bulbs, Adenophora, Xinhui Tangerine Peel, etc. and wintergrass, and also pour in the water used to soak the wintergrass;

6. Pour boiling water to about 80% full, then cover the lid and follow the instructions of the electronic stew pot;

7. Stew for about 3 hours! It is best not to add salt when eating!
