How to make Nanyang-style beef jerky

1. Wash the beef, freeze it in the freezer until it is slightly hard, take it out and cut it into thin slices

2.1 Marinate the cut beef with sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3.2 Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl to make the sauce

4. Use kitchen paper to dry the marinated beef and spread it flat on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 80°C for 3 hours until completely dry.

5. During the baking process, turn the beef over 1-2 times to ensure that both sides of the beef are evenly heated and dried. When baking, open the oven door slightly to allow moisture to evaporate faster.

6. After the beef is dried, take it out and preheat the oven to 230℃. After preheating, put the beef into the middle layer of the oven, bake for 3 minutes, and take it out and eat. After cooling, seal and store for two weeks
