1. Add 100g cream cheese, 45g powdered sugar, 2 egg yolks, and stir well in hot water.

2. After mixing until smooth and free of particles, add 15g of butter and continue mixing evenly.

3. Sift in low flour and salt.

4. Knead the dough, roll it into small balls with your hands, and press it into round cakes about 2mm thick, trying to make them as even as possible. If conditions permit, it is best to roll the dough into pancakes and then cut them with cookie cutters. I can't wait to do it since I don't have all the necessary equipment.

5. Put it into the preheated oven, middle layer, upper fire 170℃, lower fire 150℃, bake for about 25 minutes.
