13. Roll it into a round piece that is thick in the middle and thin around the edges, wrap it up like a steamed bun, and pinch the mouth tightly.

14. With the seam facing downward, roll into a smooth round shape

15. Add an appropriate amount of water to the steamer and heat it for about half a minute to warm the water. Put the prepared dough into the steamer and let it rise for 20 minutes.

16. Turn on the fire again, steam on high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the fire. Open the lid after five minutes.
