How to make red dates and wolfberry pigeon soup

Material:

2 baby pigeons, 5 red dates, 2 tablespoons of wolfberry, 10 longan meat, 1 handful of tea tree mushrooms, 6 Codonopsis pilosula, 4-5 slices of yam (I only had a few pieces left at home, so I put them all in), and 4 slices of Astragalus membranaceus. (I put all the materials randomly)

practice:

1. Soak the wolfberry meat in water and wash it clean. Wash the red dates and remove the core. (Red dates seeds are hot and dry)

2. Soak Codonopsis pilosula, Chinese yam and Astragalus membranaceus in water for 30 minutes, wash them clean and cut Codonopsis pilosula into half with a knife.

3. Soak the tea tree mushrooms, remove the stems, wash them clean, and cut them into sections with a knife.

4. Remove the head and butt of the pigeon, peel off the skin and chop into small pieces. (Peeling is purely a personal preference. I am afraid of oil, so I peel it)

5. Place all ingredients into a large stew pot and add boiling water until 80% full.

6. Put it into a large pot and simmer on high heat for 30 minutes, then turn to low heat and continue simmering for 3 hours.

7. After stewing, use a grease trap to skim off the oil before drinking.
