10. Wrap the rolled dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour, or freeze it for about half an hour to solidify.

11. Take out the dough and cut it into 1cm round slices

12. Place it on a baking tray lined with tin foil, preheat the oven to 160 degrees for about 25 minutes, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes after the oven stops.
