14. Make different colored doughs into snow skin dough pieces of the same size.

15. Arrange the white lotus paste and beef filling into dough pieces of the same size. My mooncake mold has a diameter of 5 cm, and one egg yolk is too big, so divide it into two pieces.

16. Wrap the lotus seed paste with egg yolk and slowly close the top to make a smooth round ball-shaped filling for later use.

17. Sprinkle a small amount of cake powder on the middle of the mold (I just bought a powder puff for babies which is super useful), fill the animal pattern or flower core pattern in the middle of the petal with your favorite colored dough and smooth it out, then put the petal back into the mooncake mold.

18. Take a piece of dough, put the filling in it, wrap it tightly and slowly close the opening.

19. Roll it into a smooth round mooncake embryo.

20. Put the wrapped mooncake dough into the mold, press it down and push out the mooncake. If it is a single color, just wrap it and press it out.
