Oil-free and low-sugar recipe

1. Raw materials: chestnuts, soybeans, walnuts, and almonds.

3.2 Ingredients: grapes, shredded coconut, and gelatin sheets.

4.121 Take out the chestnuts and rinse them with cold water, then you can easily peel out the chestnut meat.

5.212 Cut the chestnuts and put them into boiling water and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until they open.

Put the soaked soybeans, peeled chestnuts, walnuts and almonds into the soymilk maker, add appropriate amount of water, then turn on the power and enable the soymilk function to make chestnut and multi-grain soymilk paste. (Less water means a stronger taste, more water means a lighter taste. It is not recommended to use too much water when making chestnut cakes, it is best to make the batter thicker)

7. When making soy milk in a soy milk maker, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until softened.

8. Filter the prepared chestnut soy milk and pour it into a small pot.

9. Add softened gelatin sheets.

10. Cook over low heat until slightly boiled and then let cool to lukewarm.

11. Wash the grapes, cut off a little bit of the stem, stand them upright on a plate, then pour in the chestnut paste. After it has completely cooled, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until solidified.

12. Sprinkle appropriate amount of coconut flakes and sugar needles before eating.

13. It can be eaten as a whole or cut into small pieces like cake.
