How to make candy steamed dumplings

There are many things we need to deal with in life. No matter what, we should not be too casual about eating. After all, only by eating healthily can we have a good body. The method of candy steamed dumplings is very easy. The ingredients needed are not only common but also healthy. Making them by yourself can also ensure hygiene, killing two birds with one stone.

1. Prepare the ingredients: pork, mushrooms, celery, onions, and wonton skin.

2. Wash the pork and chop it into pieces. You can also do it by machine, but I personally prefer to do it myself.

3. Wash the mushrooms. I like eating mushrooms, so I add one more ingredient.

4. Chop the mushrooms and pork into small pieces and set aside

5. Boil the celery for two minutes and turn off the heat.

6. Drain the water after two minutes and pick up

7. Dice the onion and celery and set aside

8. After all the ingredients are prepared, add chopped green onions to the meat filling, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, oil, sugar, cooking wine, and egg white and stir.

9. Stir evenly and add celery. Continue stirring and beat in one direction.

11. Then add the mushrooms and continue to stir evenly.

12. Take a piece of wonton skin and lay it flat

13. Add the ingredients you just mixed. Don’t put too much, otherwise it won’t stick together.

14. Dip some water next to it and roll up one end of the skin first.

16. Pinch the two ends tightly, and the delicious and beautiful candy dumplings will come out.

17. It took me a long time to get this

18. Then take out the whole pot, put some water underneath, and apply some oil on the steaming curtain.

19. Apply some oil on the steaming curtain to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the pan. Place the dumplings in the pan, cover the lid, and turn on the heat.

20. Cook over high heat for 15 minutes. Do not remove the lid immediately. Turn off the heat for two minutes before removing the lid.

21. Two minutes later, when I opened the lid, I could smell the fragrance as shown in the picture. It was so fragrant.

22. Then serve it on a plate and eat it. It’s very simple, right?
