9. After heating the oil pan again, put the tenderloin skewers into the pan and fry them again until the surface is crispy. Sprinkle the prepared curry cumin seasoning powder on the skewers while they are still hot. Use a slotted spoon to shake the skewers a few times to coat the skewers with the seasoning powder.

10. Place the tenderloin skewers coated with seasonings on a plate and serve immediately. The curry mini skewers with crispy skin and tender inside are ready.
