How to stir-fry spinach

Spinach is a green vegetable that we often eat. It is rich in nutrients and has a laxative effect. At the same time, it can promote growth and development of children and enhance the body's disease resistance. Usually we eat it by stir-frying, but how can we make stir-fried spinach more delicious? Fried meat and fried eggs are both fine, but they must not be eaten with tofu. Also, before stir-frying the spinach, blanch it in hot water to remove the oxalic acid.

Ingredients preparation

500 grams of spinach, 7 grams of fine salt, 2 grams of MSG, 10 grams of minced garlic, and 50 grams of cooked peanut oil.

Production steps

1. Wash the spinach and cut into 5 cm long pieces;

2. Heat the pan, add spinach and stir-fry for a few minutes, add salt, peanut oil, and minced garlic, and stir-fry for another 3 minutes

3. When the spinach is soft and tender and has a little juice, add MSG, mix well, and serve.

Note:

Before cooking spinach, blanch it in boiling water to remove 80% of the oxalic acid, and then stir-fry, mix or make soup.
