2.2 First, cook the rice in a rice cooker with a little less water to keep the rice chewy.

9. Place your thumb under the bamboo curtain, press the cucumber strips with the other four fingers, and start rolling by turning your wrist upwards. Press firmly on the entire roll as you roll it up to set the rice and toppings.

10. After rolling, use a knife dipped in water to cut it. The thickness depends on personal preference.

11. After cutting, place on a plate.
