How to cook pork with dried bamboo shoots

1.1 Soak the dried bamboo shoots in warm water until soft, rinse and drain. Wash the pork belly and cut into small pieces. Slice the ginger and peel the garlic.

2.2 Prepare the ingredients.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the ginger slices and garlic cloves, then add the pork belly and stir-fry until the water vapor is dry. Add the bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

4. Add 2 spoons of cooking wine, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, and half a spoon of sugar, stir-fry with the meat, then add water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil over high heat, then add dried vegetables and simmer over low heat (about 1.5 hours). Add salt to season halfway through the process, and dry up the soup after the meat is soft.
