6. Put the chopped pepper into a heat-resistant bowl and add appropriate amount of fermented black beans.

7. Heat the oil in a pan, turn off the heat when the oil temperature starts to smoke, and when it cools down to 80% hot, pour the oil into the chili powder and soak it.

8. After the chili oil is ready, it’s time to prepare the seasoning for the mouth-watering chicken. Ginger and garlic are mashed into paste with a garlic press, and green onions are cut into chopped green onions.

9. Put the ginger and garlic paste in a bowl, add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and other seasonings, mix well, then filter out the garlic and ginger residue with a sieve

10. Take the red oil on the surface of the prepared chili oil and mix it into the prepared sauce. Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds. The seasoning for the mouth-watering chicken is ready. (If you have peanuts, you can add some peanuts to make it more fragrant)

11. Cut the meat into pieces of appropriate size and place them in a bowl
