How to make Hong Kong style fried pork ribs

1. Wash the ribs, mix with seasoning in A, and marinate for 30 minutes. Cut green pepper and pineapple into pieces

2. Mix 80g tomato sauce, 30g sugar, 15ml white vinegar, 20g water starch, and 3g salt evenly. Sift 80g starch and 4g baking powder and add a small amount of water to make a batter for later use.

3. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 80% hot, put the marinated ribs into the batter prepared in step 2, coat them with batter, and fry them in the pan until cooked.

4. After all the ribs are fried, remove them and heat the oil pan to 100% hot. Fry the ribs again. Remove them after 10 seconds and place them on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

5. Pour a small amount of oil into the wok, stir-fry the green and red peppers and pineapple chunks and remove from the pan. Pour the seasoning prepared in step 2, bring to a boil, add the fried pork ribs, stir-fried green and red peppers, and pineapple chunks, coat evenly with the sauce and serve.
