How to cook enoki mushrooms with minced pork and garlic

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture.

2.1 Soak the Enoki mushrooms in light salt water for 20 minutes to sterilize them.

3.2 Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms.

4.12 Remove the tops and yellow leaves of the green onions, cut them into pieces, and wash them two or three times with clean water. Chop into chopped green onions.

5.21 Flatten the garlic with a knife and peel off the shell. Cut off the grudges and chop them into pieces.

6.1 Wash the lean meat and cut it into thin slices. Then chop it into pieces and mince it into meat. Add appropriate amount of salt, mix well with your hands and marinate until it tastes good.

7.2 Wash the soaked Enoki mushrooms twice more with clean water.

8. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring the water to a boil over high heat.

9. After the water boils, add the enoki mushrooms and blanch for about one minute. (Don’t blanch for too long, otherwise it will not only affect the taste, but also get stuck in your teeth when you eat it.)

10. Use a spatula to drain the water from the blanched enoki mushrooms, then use chopsticks to place the enoki mushrooms on a plate.

11. Heat the pan and add appropriate amount of peanut oil. Heat the oil, add the garlic and stir-fry over high heat until fragrant. Reduce heat to low.

12. Add the minced meat and use a spatula to break up the meat. Switch to high heat and stir-fry until the meat does not change color. Add chopped green onion and a little soy sauce. Stir-fry quickly until evenly combined and then turn off the heat.

13.The finished product picture is as follows. (First pour some juice on the surface of the enoki mushrooms, then pour the meat evenly around the enoki mushrooms)
