How to cook flounder stewed with corn kernels

In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to braise flounder with corn kernels.

1. Rinse the flounder in clean water.

2.1 Cut into 3 cm pieces, mix with an egg, appropriate amount of salt, starch, ginger powder, high-proof liquor and pepper powder.

3.2 Remove the fish bones.

4.1 When the oil pan is heated to 80%, fry the flounder until golden brown and serve.

5.2 Marinate in a plate for ten minutes.

6. Dice the onion and shred the carrot. Mix the pork filling with cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and five-spice powder and set aside.

7. Pour a little oil into another pot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the prepared pork filling and stir-fry over high heat until it changes color. Add corn kernels and shredded carrots and continue to stir-fry, drizzle in a little broth, sprinkle a little salt, and add a few drops of soy sauce.

8. Pour in the fried flounder and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add water starch to thicken and serve.
