How to make durian sago?

Durian is a very outstanding fruit, so it is used in many desserts. Durian sago is a common one. Take the durian flesh and blend it, then add milk to the durian and put it in the refrigerator to freeze. The taste will be better.

Material:

100g durian flesh (puréed), 125ml+ milk, 2 tablespoons tapioca pearls (you can also add pomelo flesh and konjac).

practice:

1. Cook the tapioca pearls until they are translucent according to the instructions on the package. You can also increase or decrease the amount of tapioca pearls according to your preference.

2. Bring the water to a boil, add the tapioca pearls, cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover and simmer until cooked. Drain dry, rinse with ice water and drain dry again for later use.

3. Puree the durian flesh in a blender. I bought two durians, but I didn't finish them at once, so I took out the flesh and mashed it into a paste. I froze it in the refrigerator and could eat it whenever I wanted. Put it in a plastic bag and then put it in a sealed box, otherwise the refrigerator smell will be very strong.

4. Pour the milk into the durian flesh. Refrigerate the durian flesh and milk in advance, or mix them together and refrigerate for a while before eating.

5. Stir the durian milk evenly, add the cooked and cooled tapioca pearls and stir. It doesn’t matter if the tapioca pearls don’t become completely transparent immediately. After soaking them in milk for a while, they will gradually become transparent.

6. Mix everything well and you can eat. You can also add some grapefruit pulp for garnish. It must be refrigerated, it tastes better when it is cold.
