10. Add appropriate amount of peanut oil into the pot again and heat the oil. Add the lean meat and stir-fry over high heat until the meat changes color. Add a little soy sauce and stir-fry briefly.

11. Pour in the black fungus, baby cabbage and chopped green onion. Stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
