2.1 Cut the onion into diamond shape, soak the dried red pepper in cold water and cut into sections.

6.1 Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes

8.1 Continue to stir fry until the chicken pieces are golden brown

9.2 Add dried chili peppers, onions, green and red pepper pieces, peppercorns, peppercorns, grass fruit, star anise

10.1 Add boiling water to cover the chicken

11.2 Add the sugar color that has been fried in advance, or you can pick up the chicken pieces and boil the sugar color

12. Cover and cook for about five minutes

13. Pour into the pressure cooker and add the asafoetida cubes.

14. Cover the pot and cook under pressure for about 15 minutes.

15. Put it back into the wok, add salt, green and red peppers, dry red peppers, and onion pieces

16. Stir-fry evenly and taste the flavor. Sprinkle chopped green onions on the plate.
