How to make lettuce porridge?

Lettuce is a common vegetable. It is loved by everyone because of its crisp texture and sweet taste. There are many ways to cook lettuce porridge. You can add pork or chicken to enhance the flavor of the porridge. It mainly depends on personal preference. The methods are relatively simple.

1. Lettuce porridge

Ingredients: 200g rice, 100g lettuce, 10g chopped green onion, 2g salt, half a spoonful of oil, and appropriate amount of water.

1. Wash the rice and soak it in advance for half an hour, so that the porridge will be more fragrant, thick and delicious; add enough water and bring to a boil, add a small amount of salt and oil, turn to medium heat and cook for another 10 minutes.

2. After half an hour, when the rice porridge is cooked and fragrant, add the chopped lettuce and cook for 2 minutes. The delicious lettuce porridge is ready.

3. When eating, you can add appropriate amount of white pepper to season according to your personal taste.

2. Chicken and Vegetable Porridge

Ingredients: chicken legs, fungus, green vegetables, rice, salt, cooking wine, pepper and oil in appropriate amounts.

1. Wash the chicken legs, remove the bones and cut into small cubes.

2. Boil water in a pot, add diced chicken thighs to remove the blood foam, pour out the dirty water, and wash the diced chicken thighs clean.

3. Soak the fungus, wash it, and chop it into small pieces; tear the green vegetable leaves into small pieces by hand; wash the rice clean.

4. Put the diced chicken legs, black fungus and rice into a pressure cooker, pour in appropriate amount of water, add two drops of cooking oil, adjust the salt, a little cooking wine, cover the pot, cook over high heat until the pressure is steaming, then turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes.

5. Turn off the heat and wait for the pressure cooker to exhaust. Open the lid, turn on the heat, add green vegetable leaves and pepper powder, stir evenly, heat for 30 seconds, and add a little sesame oil when serving.
