11. Gently tighten the opening with your thumb and forefinger’s mouth

12. Gently roll it into a round shape

13. Apply a layer of oil on the plate and put the prepared colorful cloud dumplings on the plate

14. After the colored water is boiled, add the colorful cloud dumplings

15. Pour in rock sugar

16. Cook until the colorful cloud dumplings float up.
