Stir-fried leek and pork shreds is simple, fast and delicious

The taste of stir-fried pork with leeks is very fresh, and the smell will make people drool. This is my husband's favorite dish. Although it is simple, you still have to read the recipe more, so that the taste will be better.

1. Shredded pork with chives

Material

350 grams of lean pork, 150 grams of leeks, 1 egg white, 5 grams each of red pepper and coriander, 3 grams each of refined salt and chicken essence, 1 gram of MSG, 0.15 grams of pepper, 25 grams of wet starch, 10 grams of sesame oil, and 1000 grams of oil.

1. Cut the chives into sections. Cut the red pepper into shreds. Chop cilantro into small pieces. Cut the pork into even strips.

2. Mix the shredded pork with 1 gram of refined salt, egg white and 15 grams of wet starch, then fry in 40% hot oil and pour into a colander.

3. Put 50 grams of oil in the pot and stir-fry the leeks.

4. Add the minced pork, red pepper, salt and chicken stock, stir well, add MSG, thicken with wet starch, add sesame oil, pepper and coriander, stir well, and serve.

2. When the oil is hot, add the chili peppers and sauté until fragrant. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry quickly. Set aside.

3. Add the leeks to the pan and stir-fry over high heat for about 30 seconds. [If you feel that it is not smooth enough when stir-frying, it means there is not enough oil. You can add some more oil! 】

4. Add the freshly fried meat and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add salt and umami seasoning, stir-fry again and serve.
