So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of cooking taro with scallion oil.

1. Peel and clean the taro and green onions

2. Cut the taro into small dices

3. Put the chopped taro into a pressure cooker with a small amount of water, add appropriate amount of salt, and press for 6 minutes. Cut into small pieces and it will be easy to cook.

4. Add more oil to the pot, turn on low heat and add chopped green onions

5. Then pour in the cooked taro and stir fry

6. Add some soy sauce and stir-fry until done.
