Secondary fermentation until the mold is 80% full (depending on the weather, the time can be extended appropriately) 8. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees for both the upper and lower tubes; lightly brush the fermented bread dough with water, sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds and flax seeds for decoration, and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
