How to make bread temptation

Each of us should learn to love ourselves. The first thing to do to love ourselves is to eat well. Only when the diet is healthy can the health of the body be guaranteed. The method of making bread temptation is very simple. If you really want to cook for yourself but are not confident in your cooking skills, you might as well try this dish.

1. Prepare all the ingredients; first put the light cream, canola oil, milk, sugar and salt into the bread machine bucket. Salt and sugar should be placed diagonally.

2. Pour in the flour and bury the yeast in the flour.

3. Use the bread machine's kneading program to knead these ingredients into dough. Start a kneading program.

4. Use the "fermentation" program of the bread machine to carry out basic fermentation. When the dough is 2.5 times its original size, dip your finger in flour and poke a hole in the top of the dough. If it does not collapse or shrink, it has been fermented successfully. Collapse means it has expanded, while shrinkage means that fermentation is not complete.

5. Take out the dough, place it on a kneading mat, deflate it and knead it into a ball. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes so that it will be easier to roll out later.

6. Roll the dough into a long thin slice about 5 mm thick and spread a layer of canola oil (not included in the amount) on it. Sprinkle a layer of homemade meat floss.

7. Use a scraper to cut the entire dough into pieces that are about the same size as the width of the mold.

8. Stack these dough pieces and cut them horizontally.

9. Place the cut dough slices vertically in a non-stick toast mold, and sprinkle the meat floss that fell off when slicing on the surface.

10. Place it in a warm and humid place for secondary fermentation; you can also put it in the oven to ferment, and put a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the oven.

11. When the dough is twice as large as before, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. If you want a shiny surface, you can brush it with egg liquid, but it is a bit difficult to do because there is meat floss on it.

12. Place the mold into the middle layer of the preheated oven, at 190 degrees, with upper and lower fire, for about 25 minutes.

13. After taking it out of the oven, you can remove it from the mold immediately, and when it is air-dried on the rack until it reaches hand temperature, you can seal it in a bag and store it. Are you tempted?
