Cinnamon Cranberry Rolls Recipe

1. Weigh the dough and filling ingredients and set aside.

11. Roll up slowly from bottom to top and pinch the opening tightly.

12. Divide into six equal parts.

13. Put it into the mold. I am baking chiffon cake in my 8-inch mold, so I used the Savarin mold.

14. After the second fermentation for about 30 minutes, apply egg liquid on the surface.

15. Put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.

16. Remove from oven and let cool before enjoying.
