6. Roll it into a ball again and put it into a baking tray and put it into the oven for a second fermentation. At the same time, put a bowl of hot water under the baking tray to increase the temperature and humidity for better and faster fermentation. Ferment until doubled in size

7. Preheat the oven to 1650℃ for 5 minutes. At the same time, lightly brush the dough that has been fermented for the second time with a layer of egg liquid and sprinkle with appropriate amount of sesame seeds.

8. Place it in the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 165℃ for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven when the surface is golden brown. Each oven has its own temperament, and the temperature is set according to the temperament of the oven.
