How to make cream ice cream

1. Prepare milk, cream, egg yolks and sugar.

2. Beat the egg yolks, put them in a stainless steel bowl, add white sugar and melt evenly.

3. The melted egg yolk liquid is milky yellow in color.

4. Pour the milk into a pot and heat it. Turn off the heat when it is about to boil.

5. Then pour it into the beaten sugar and egg liquid. Pour it in slowly in 3 times, stirring while pouring. Do not pour it all into the egg yolk liquid at once, otherwise it will become egg drops.

6. Beat the whipped cream into 60% of the mixture, some of it will drip down when you pick it up. Then slowly pour the prepared egg yolk liquid into the whipped cream and stir well.

7. Put the stirred ice cream water into the bear ice cream container.

8. Press the button, stir in red for one minute, then press the indicator light again, the indicator light turns green. (Green means entering automatic stirring state).

9. After it turns green, put it together with the machine into the refrigerator to freeze. The machine will automatically stir it during the freezing process. When the green light flashes and goes off, it indicates that the ice cream is ready. You can take out the main unit and stirring rod at this time, but there must be enough time for them to freeze.
