How to make braised pork chop with rice noodles

1. Steamed cold noodles (no need to cut).

2. Roll it from one side to the other, try to roll it as tightly as possible, and set it aside for later use.

3. Wash the ribs and marinate them with cornstarch, sugar and a little salt. Prepare and chop the ginger, garlic and onion.

4.Blanche the ribs in boiling water, drain and set aside.

5. Heat the pan, add oil, add ginger slices and garlic segments and sauté until fragrant.

6. After the aroma comes out, add the ribs and stir-fry.

7. Stir-fry until the ribs are colored, add the roasted ribs sauce, a little salt, a little sugar, and soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.

8. Stir-fry evenly, pour in enough water to cover the ribs, cover with lid and simmer.

9. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, open the lid and add a little cornstarch water to thicken the sauce (it should not be too dry, leaving enough sauce).

10. Serve the prepared ribs for later use.

11. Cut the rolled rice rolls into sections.

12. Pour oil into the pan and fry the starch until slightly yellow.

13. Add scallion slices and serve.

14. Pour the braised pork ribs and cucumber on top.
